Software: The WSEX Poker software was custom developed and entirely unique. It is not used by other online poker rooms nor is it part of any network. Overall we are quite impressed with their software as it has great playability, great speed and all the required features a player would expect at any online poker room.
The table layout is pretty standard for an online poker room. There are no surprises with this software. There aren’t any fancy software features or flashy graphics. The upside to that, is the software is extremely easy to use and navigate. From within the table you will be able to use the chat to communicate with other players and follow who won each pot. You can see some of your personal statistics and can take notes of other players as well.
The lobby is very clean looking and is not cluttered by any means. The tables are easily displayed and each game is organized via tabs at the top of the interface. One complaint we have, is that you can’t view all information on a table with out using the scroll bar. The information of each game that is displayed is: Table name, stakes, players, seats, waiting list. average pot and hands per hour.
Ring Game Traffic: The 24 hour peak runs around 175 players. There are however plenty of Holdem games available at most stakes. Regular Hold’em games run around the clock at $1-$2, $2-4, $5-$10 and $10-$20 Fixed Limit as well as at $100, $200 and $400 6 max No Limit Holdem. You’ll also find occasional higher stakes games going.
Tournament Traffic: The tournament traffic is very low.
