Regarding United States players and the image USA Friendly:

Most online poker, casinos and sportsbooks have stopped accepting business from players located in the United States. There are some sites that continue to offer services to American players but you must understand that some forms of online gambling might be illegal in your local jurisdiction. Poker-prop.net make no assertion regarding the legality of online gambling or poker within the United States. It is our understand that sports betting is illegal online in all 50 USA states, we are not aware at all of the legality of poker or casino gambling. We have heard that all online gambling is illegal in Michigan, Illinois, Louisiana, Oregon, Wisconsin, Washington, Indiana, Nevada, New York, New Jersey and South Dakota. This is only our understanding and resident of the United States should do their own due diligence and research laws before participating in any form of online gambling.

We use the American flag image: USA Friendly to indicated sites who accept American players. This should not be construed as an endorsement or recommendation for American players to gamble online. Some players outside of the United States wish to avoid gambling sites that do business with Americans and these flags will act as warning symbols to them.

In short the underlying theme of this entire document thus far is “Know the laws which apply to you, and don’t break them” and “we do not condone or allow our site to be used for illegal activity”. If you do not agree to this you are asked cease using our website.

Notice Regarding Rakeback and Propping: We are only a marketing and information website, we use 3rd parties (often the poker sites themselves) to fulfill all terms and functions of our rakeback and propping programs. In such an event were to occur where players are not paid rakeback or prop pay (or a dispute arises) we will do everything in our power to intervene and act on behalf of our referred players. We must also disclaim that we will never be held liable for any losses that occur as the result of a 3rd parties not paying players. Such examples include but our not limited to: a site going out of business, affiliate program terms being altered, affiliate programs being cancelled, third parties we use closing up shop or slow paying. It is extremely rare that this happens however during the past year there have been three incidents with poker rooms slow or no paying that we are aware of: 1) JetSet Poker closed up for business and failed to pay many of their players and affiliates, 2) Pokes Poker failed to process cash outs for many players and passed blame to their network provider and 3) Pitbull poker had a three week period where players were not paid.

We resolved a lot of the issues with pokes but to our knowledge there are still some players who have yet to be paid.

We were not involved at all with JetSet but did help 2 players get paid, several others remain unpaid.

The issues with Pitbull Poker appear to be a thing of the past and they have been operating just fine for many months now. All players were paid after a 1-3 week delay.

We bring this point up to be very clear that we will work very hard to make sure all players involved in our rakeback or prop player program will be paid, but there is always some risk involved. We will in no way be liable or responsible for covering payments to players for funds we do not actually receive.
